canadian orders (5-10 days)

We currently offer free shipping in Canada for all orders over $85. Orders that are less than $80, will have a flat rate of $10 for expedited shipping within Quebec and $14.99 for Canada wide. The delivery costs are as follows:

$ 14.99 Flat rate* - Canada (outside Quebec)

Orders paid for will be fulfilled within 3 to 5 days. Our third party shipping company will then take 2-10 business days for delivery. This timeframe is subject to third-party courier delays. After your order has been marked as shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. We ship via UPS, FedEX and Purolator for Canadian orders.

* A flat rate allows you to order as many products as you want, always paying the same fixed shipping rate, regardless of the weight of your package. Once the package leaves our studio, postage delivery times apply. You will then receive an email including a tracking number to allow you to follow the progress of the delivery directly on the carrier's website.

Please note that we are not a logistic company. We are wellness company with a small team of 3 people and our products are entirely handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality.

u.s.a. orders (5-12 days)

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

EUROPE:

We ship to France, United kingdom, Belgium, Germany with Canada Post. We strongly recommend that you track your package to know the status of your order in real time. Shipping costs to Europe with Canada Post starts at 25 $ and vay based on weigh.

Shipping times to Europe vary on the country. In France, delivery may take 7 to 21 working days. Please note that Canada Post no longer guarantees shipping times due to the COVID-19 pandemic and there may be additional delays.

Note that customs charges or import taxes may be added and are the responsibility of the buyer.

CUSTOMS (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

All international sales are final. Once your order has been placed, we will not issue any refunds except in the event of a defective product.

We cannot be held responsible for any problems with your customs authorities or if your order is held at customs. We do not know the international customs policies specific to each country. It is therefore the customer's responsibility to familiarize themselves with any import policies which may include: customs charges, VAT, import charges and/or any other charges associated with importing.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We carefully inspect each product before shipment. If any of the products you receive are broken, damaged or defective, contact us upon receipt at support(at)anneliapothecary.com by sending us pictures. Please save all original packaging if possible.

NON-RESPONSIBILITY

The courier service we use will drop off your package at the address you provide to us. We cannot be held responsible if the box is not collected there, or if you provide us with an incorrect address. If the package is returned to us, we are not responsible for any excess delivery charges incurred.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Your satisfaction matters to us and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We do not accept returns due to the nature of the products. But if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at hello(at)anneliapothecary.com within 7 days of receiving your package.

Unless otherwise specified, promotions cannot be combined with other promotions and cannot be applied to previous purchases.
